Jennylene started out her career in hospitality in 2011 as a Food & Beverage Executive at Basilico, the award-winning Italian restaurant in Regent Singapore, A Four Seasons Hotel. This was her introduction to the world of wines and when her passion for the grapes was first ignited. In 2015, Jennylene joined the stellar team of Manhattan, taking on the floor operations of what would be, Asia's Best Bar. Aside from delivering world-renowned Four Seasons service and making connections with guests, this wine passionista oversees the wine programme for the bar; the selection of wines, conducting trainings and leading the team to go from strength to strength with the programme.
